Benson Lab Attended the GHGT-13 Conference in Switzerland

Benson Lab attended the 13th Conference on Greenhouse Gas Control Technologoes in Lausanne, Switzerland from November 14^th to 18^th, 2016. 

Oral presentations included:

• Charlotte Garing - Pore-scale evolution of residually-trapped CO2 at early stages following imbibition using micro-CT imaging
• Christopher Zahasky - Using micro-positron emission tomography to quantify multiphase flow and residual trapping in heterogeneous reservoirs 

Poster presentations included:

• Jaques de Chalendar - Estimating capillary pressures in sandstones using microCT
• Daniel Hatchell - Examining the potential of immiscible CO2 enhanced oil recovery in shallow and heavy-oil reservoirs
